Is there a stomach virus going around?
My son had diarrhea on Saturday all day and I have been feeling nauseous and crampy since yesterday. I did get the diarrhea though.
Sorry so much TMI!!!

I think so. I just spoke to my friend who had it last night. She was doing both at the same time  She feels much better today though so hopefully it's something that passes quickly.

Me and my whole family have had it it.
I am 26 weeks preggo and ended up in the hospital for severe dehydration.
It was awful.
