I'm jealous of your storm...
All we get here in the North West of England is a hard frost and maybe one or two light dustings of snow.
I want to be stuck at home with my boy and we can drink tea and watch Roary the Racing Car and play all day...and maybe go for a walk in the park when its snowing.
Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Damn you mild British winter!

you are insane! i HATE these winters. i am trying to convince DH to get a transfer to another state so i came be a SAHW and never have to deal with snow ever again!

Ooh, that magical future with 4 tins of choloate& no snow! Who wouldn't want to trade!
This 'storm' is overrated. Right now I just look like cold dandruff. A pleasant change from the melting hail we had earlier ( as opposed to freezing rain.)

While I hate the cold and snow, I'm sorry I won't trade places with you Rach. I've experienced the dampness and freezing fogs you get in the UK and that's nasty.
Big fluffy snowflakes are falling now in midtown.

It is in the 30's here in Texas. No snow, but lots of gray clouds, fog and rain. They are calling it "London weather". Frankly, it suckss.

I'm not starting with you  Ricky "Hitman" Hatton is great - Manchunians should be proud! I watched HBO specials about him all day last Saturday. His trainer Billy Graham was the best - a hard man!

Oh yeah, the Mancs are really proud of him....I love the fact that his mother does his PR. He seems like a salt of the earth type guy (notice I didn't say common as muck)

I am enjoying the snow! As is DH b/c this is one of the few times he has seen real snow (aside from skiing) in person.

I'm jealous too although tomorrow I wont be. I just miss staying inside during a real storm, wondering how much we'll get. Here we get a threat of snow and all hell breaks loose. I don't miss shoveling it, or having it on the ground for months.
