have you gone to the peapod site. they have peapod in dc/md and it is different supermarkets than they have in ny.

Sure is! Go to peapod.com, and put in your zip code to see there is service in your area. I know there is in mine, I see trucks around the area all the time.

My sister lives in Jersey. And with her Stop and Shop you can place the order online. But then you pick up the completed order in the store. It's supposedly all bagged and waiting for you.

they do have peapod in NJ!! i had checked a long time ago after Brendan was first born and it wasn't available, but I just checked again recently and it's now available in my area and i don't even have a stop and shop that close by.
i know the shop rite in spotswood has a thing where you order your food online and then you just pull up on the side and they bring it out to you.

I am in love with Wegma's  . Everytime I go into that store I leave with more than I need. And their Chibatta bread is sooo good.
People whined when we told them we are moving to NJ but everytime we go someone they always say "can you bring that bread again"
The one I go to is in Manalapan so I am not sure how close that is to you.

I'm in Essex County so it's a bit of a trek. I know there's one around the Woodbridge area, but that's also not that close. There was talk of them building one right by me in Milburn, but now they're not 
Once in a while (not too often though), I ask DH to stop there on his way home since there's also one in Bridgewater

i think you live one town over from me if memory serves me right.. we have peapod (its from the one in monroe i believe)
just put ur addy in on the peapod/stop an shop website.. ull get a def. yes or no from that)
ive had them deliver to me recently
