Lurker Question
I've been hearing a lot about IUI...how much do your chances of conceiving go up with one? From what I've read they are small, so how does this increase your chances? It just give you better opportunity because it puts sperm where it has to be?

you answered your own questions it increases your chances by a small percentage and yes, sperm get closer.

you answered your own questions it increases your chances by a small percentage and yes, sperm get closer.
Yep. For someone like me that's key because I have a very high cervix. DH is big but come on now...

A lot of times if there is infertility on the male side, IUI helps because they wash the sperm (getting rid of the dead ones, etc) and bypass the cervix so the sperm don't have to do so much work. Those lazy sperm LOL.
