Got some freebies...what do I do?
Our neighbor gave us 3 bags of freeze-dried organic dog food from a specialty pet shop. He bought it for his puppy but I guess his puppy refused it. He figured our dog would like it, and she does.
It costs $30 a bag (the price is on the bag). I feel like we should give him something for it but DH says that we didn't ask for it. What do you think? If you think we should give him something, what would you give?

i think a nice gesture of like baking something yummy for him or inviting him over for some dinner would be nice---it was very sweet of him to think of you guys rather than just throw it out or return the food.

A thank you card and some dog toys or treats for his dog but nothing big. You really don't have to give him anything.
