Just looking for some opinions ladies...do they work? I have read conflicting opinions on them. Some of my pants are begginning not to fit but I'm not big enough for maternity pants.

Re: bella band
It helped me out when I was in that in-between stage. They are only about $25 or $30 so it's not a bad investment.

It got me all the way through to about 20 weeks. I think it is the best invention ever!

Re: bella band
I found them to be awkward. You can't really wear them with lower waisted pants. They roll down. You also have to wear a pretty loose and long shirt to cover the band. I used mine maybe 3 times and gave up. I went to stretch pants till 17 weeks when I finally got maternity pants.

Re: bella band
I bought one in every color and didn't really like them. When I used them with my reg jeans, my jeans would come below them. I think if you have high pants then it would work well. What I did was buy maternity pants that were too big and put them over those. That way I can hopefully get the whole pregnancy out of these maternity pants!!!

Re: bella band
I'm not really a fan. I"ve used them I few times when I was desperate for something to wear, but I don't really find them comfortable and they always ride up, slide down. so annoying!

Re: bella band
I bought one and was sooo excited to use it. I tried it with jeans. I felt like it didn't hold them up. The bella band kept riding up, and I kept having to adjust it all day. Probably doesn't help that I work with little kids and am really moving around a lot during the day. If you are having a less active day, it might work great

Re: bella band
I bought the tummy sleeve from the Motherhood outlet in Riverhead - it's really the same thing. It was $16.99. So far, I like it. It holds up my maternity jeans that are still too big on me. I'm also using it with some work pants that I can no longer button or zip - it works great! It just looks like I have a black tank top showing a little bit.

Re: bella band
I love it - it's helping me hold onto my current work wardrobe. It does ride up a bit (not sure if it's b/c of low riders or b/c of my body shape) but the issue is insignificant for me.

Re: bella band
Honestly, I love mine. I have a very casual-dress job most of the time, but if I have to attend meetings, I need to dress professionally. It's not often enough to invest in maternity dress pants- on Monday @ 29wks, I was able to use the BellaBand w/ a pair of my reg pants.

Re: bella band
For me they were a waste. It would shift and roll every time I sat down and I was constantly adjusting myself. I think it's because I have a big butt and hips....if I had a little less in that area they might have worked better.
