Exercise class - abs
If I do a sculpting class can I do ab exercises? I am about 6 weeks...
If I can do them now when should I stop?
Thanks!

Yep, that's just fine. You will know when you can't do it anymore. Trust me! lol

I read in one of my bazillion baby books that ab exercises are really good for you and staying in shape will make labor easier. After a certain point, they do not recommend laying on your back for crunches though.
After I read this, I asked for Hip Hop Abs for x-mas. hehe

Like said before you should be able to tell when you need to tone down your old workouts.
I agree, it is very important to maintain your abdominal strength. I have changed the type I do and do more pelvic tilts, hold and release the ab wall, cat pose rounding the back to the ceiling, etc.
