YUCK YUCK YUCK YUCK YUCK.
Ok, not for nothing, but JT and I do not smoke, so why is it that my apartment ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE CIGARETTE SMOKE?!?!?!? Well, I know why. BEcause the old bitty downstairs from us smokes in her apartment with her kitchen fan on and it blows into OUR apartment
I am pregnant AND asthmatic and I do not need that in my apartment!
But what do I say to this woman? Can I even say anythign to her?

is the fan SUPPOSED to be venting into your apt? shouldn''t it be venting to the outside?????
I'd check with the landlord/super first to see IF you can say anything.

I know, I think I'm going to do that. I had this problem when I lived in Massachusetts, and the Health Dept. had to come and close up the vent because they couldn't stop the guy from smoking, so instead they closed it up. ARGH!
ETA: I would ASSUME the vent should be venting OUTSIDE, no? It also blows through my central heating when she smokes outside her door.
