Anybody a Notary Public?
I am one myself but don't have the language handy and need to get a letter notarized first thing tomorrow morning...
Can you give me a simple langauge to put at the bottom of a letter? Something like "On this __ day of December, 2007, before me came blah blah"
Thanks!

Re: Anybody a Notary Public?
It depends on what type of document you're notarizing. Are you attesting to their identity? Are they swearing an oath?

Swearing an oath I guess...I have to certify in writing that I never received a certain type of document...

You can't notarize your own sig though...if I have that wrong you would sign it:
Sworn before me the ----------- day of December
Licensed Notary Public County of -------- exp --------

No, of course, I know that. I am having somebody else notarize it for me...I just wanted to put in the language and they will fill in the day and their signature...
ETA: I guess I could just put that in...
Thanks!
