Exactly 5 years ago...
I met up with DH for the first time, at Cosi, for a quick cup of coffee that lasted over 5 hours  And, somehow, I went from being the girl who didn't believe in marriage or everlasting love, to the girl who still wakes up in the middle of the night, looks over at Dh and thinks to herself, how did I get so lucky? 
We talked until 2am last night about how wonderful it is, but at the same time, so scary, because it's so palpable now, knowing exactly how much we could lose.
And, as I type this out, I can hear him in the other room, tickling Alex until she's doubling over in fits of hysterics.
God, I love that man
