Wrong board...I know...but I need help with somthing I am cooking right now!!!

I am having my cousins and their gf's over and I am making chicken maderia....The Recipe said that the sauce will thicken...BUT IT"S NOT!!!!

My cousins gf can't eat gluetian, so I can't put flour. ANY suggestions how I can make this sauce thicker?

take the chicken out and turn the heat up and boil the sauce that's left. the excess water should evaporate and you will have a thicker sauce, although not as thick as if you could use flower. hope that works!!
