Is anyone here a Unitarian? I was born and raised Catholic but I'd like to explore this. My friends warn me that it could be like a cult. Is it? Do they ask for money? I don't mean to offend, I just don't know. TIA
I know there is one by me- do you call it a church?- and they have services (?) on Sunday. What should I expect?

Re: Unitarian

no, its not a cult. Unitarians encorporate parts of all major religions, and celebrate a variety of holidays. While I'm catholic, and have never been to a unitarian church, I know it's fairly popular with people who grew-up Christian or Jewish, but describe themselves as agnostic. My former boss (raised as a Jew) occassionally attends their services and says good things about them.
