NOBODY warned me!
That my doctor prescribed a CONTRAST MRI, which entails an IV with Iodine!
I was a millimeter away from passing out, started tearing up and almost cried like a little baby on the table. There's nothing I hate more than IV's.
But, at least now I have a CD of my pelvis. It looks oh-so-pretty

OMG, IVs are the worst! You have to have them when doing IVF retrieval...and I FREAK every time. I sweat like an animal while they're doing it.

 Well, I'm going to have one stylin' pot belly to go with it because I ate a HUGE chocolate chocolate chunk cookie as compensation for my trauma today

I had an IV when I had my d&c and it did hurt!! What made it ten times worse was that the nurse giving it to me kept saying a million times "this is going to hurt" and it made it worse!!

They didn't get a good vein on me for my IV when I had a c-section until the FOURTH (yes fourth) try. I was a basket case by then.
So I feel your pain!
