Extensions?

Has anyone ever used Great Lengths extensions in their hair? If so, were you happy with them and how expensive were they?

Any extension advice would be greatly appreciated. I currently have mid-length straight hair (past my shoulders), and I was hoping to go a little longer and fuller.
