WHOOOO HOOOO!!!!!
Yesterday I finally finished my cardiac rehab!!! 
I had to join a gym (doctor's orders) and workout 4-5 days a week with a polar heart monitor. Over the weekend I joined (early BDAY gift from DH) and worked out. I even took a pilates class. I could only do half of it, but at least I tried and stuck it out until my scar stared hurting. BUT so what! NO MORE REHAB!!! NO MORE working out with 90 year olds!!!!!!
You all have NO IDEA how excited I am that I can workout like a "normal" person and not worry about an atrial fibrilation episode happening while I workout.
I commit to working my azz off and loosing this weight. I do not care if it takes me years because of my beta blockers, at least I feel a normal 32 year old! It feels great to workout again without a team of nurses telling me to "slow down"; you cannot even imagine. Plus, my DD can come with me and play with all the other kids there while their mom's workout.

Good for you! I know how down you felt about your weight due to those damn beta blockers. This is going to make you feel so much better to have those endophins running through your system
