Vicks??
I am starting to feel congested and my throat is itchy. Can I rub Vicks on my chest or is that not allowed?

you can use it. I used it a lot with DD#1 pregnancy and occasionally this one. The smell helps with my nausea too. menthol in moderation is ok. just can't over do it.
