Cribs
What store is everyone purchasing their crib/dresser from?
And just curious, how much does a crib and a dresser run?

Re: Cribs
I got my crib at BBB- it was $300. I think that's cheap though- it's really no frills. I am not buying a baby dresser.

Re: Cribs
They run the gamut - just as with regular furniture. We got ours from Bellini along with a double dresser, a nightstand and a toy chest. All told, including a 20% discount, taxes and delivery everything came to $2550.

Re: Cribs
We got our furniture from Little King and Queen in Brooklyn.
I think the crib was about $400 or so... we ended up paying approx. 3k for the crib, 2 dressers, book case and mattress. I can't wait to get it.

Re: Cribs
Mine was 119.00 but I bought it when I had a 15% coupon so it was $100! I am really happy with my crib. I found out after I purchased it that it was voted #1 on Comsumer reports.

Re: Cribs
Behr's . The crib was around $400. In total we spend around $2000 for crib, mattress, changing table and additional dresser. This was for a discontinued set.

Re: Cribs
Our crib and dresser/changing station are from Living Quarters in Brooklyn. The crib was $440, dresser was $500 and changing station was about $100 (I think).
I thought that was a pretty good deal.

Re: Cribs
We ordered our nursery furniture from High Point Furniture Sales in NC so we got Stanley Youth America furniutre at a discount. The crib was 498 and total with shipping the crib, dresser/changing station, and door chest (armoire thingy) came to ~2100. If we bought it at BBB or another furniture store it would have cost 2400 plus tax and delivery.

Re: Cribs
We went to Behr's over the weekend and fell in love with a couple of different cribs, so I think we will buy from there.
The cribs we saw were in the $550 - $650 range. Dressers were $675 - $800.

Re: Cribs
Behr's, they had a big selection and average pricing in my opinion.
