of multiples with Clomid 150 and HCG trigger shot?

It would depend on how many follies they saw. If you had more than one follicle, than there is a good chance of multiples - especially if DH's SA is good.

I agree. Although I'm on 100mgs of Clomid, I only produced one mature follie this past month.

My Dr. always aid that there was a 10% higher chance.
I believe Pinky;s twins are from clomid

I had two big follies on Clomid with the trigger and am PG with a singleton. DH's numbers were fabulous! A friend of mine released 4 follies on Clomid when she got PG, she was having twins but lost one around 9 weeks, so now she is having a singleton. There is always the chance with multiple follicles, but I'm not sure the percentage.

Yup, mine twins are a result of clomid. I was on 50mg, no trigger shot.
And, I had implantation spotting which I thought was AF

Did you do the IUI with the clomid?

The good thing is if you get a BFP - you know now it's not the trigger...besides spotting eight days after trigger is a pretty good sign of implantation bleeding.
