99% sure you can...
i usually take tons of OTC stuff days 1 and 2 of antibiotics b/c it takes a bit for them to kick in

You can take it together. Anything that serves a different purpose is ok. For example, you can take a pain reliever and cold medicine, but you couldn't take 2 cold medicines.

FYI: find yourself a 24 hour pharmacy and keep their number handy for times like this. But as a pharmacist myself, I will tell you it is fine to take the 2 together.
