Kevin, this is for you...
I wanted you to know that after I made all of those cookies (which you can find on the Food and Recipes board), I experienced severe muscle pain (yes muscle pain) in the heels of both of my hands. This was due to excessive rolling of dough.
Now tell me, does this rank higher than the pretzel breaking cramp from a few months ago?

The pretzel cramp is still tops. Cramping in your hands from rolling dough is to be expected given the sheer amount of rolling.
How am I ever going to top myself?

Wait - is this a little fitness related? Sounds like any movement related injury could be considered exercise-ish...

No actually it is yet another injury due to my ridiculous clumsiness.
The first time, I got a cramp from over-exerting myself trying to break a sourdough pretzel with my left hand.
