So Mad! Is this fair
I just got a Memo that my office will be closed Christmas Eve & New Years Eve. Great right, who wouldn't want a long weekend? Wrong... It says is will be a NON-Paid Day off!  Gee Thanks

I dont think everyplace has to pay for days they are closed - its happened to me in the past with jobs I have had....

Not fair at all....might not even be legal. Might want to check with the Labor Board.
I would think if the company closed on a normally scheduled day they have to pay you...like if they close early cause of weather - they have to pay you.
