Question for BF moms
I feel like I am coming down with a cold.
Can I still BF if I'm sick?
Is there anything I can take to feel better or is everything off limits?

yes, I BF through a cold. I didn't take anything but you can take tylenol and I believe sudafed - but double check with your dr.

absolutely BF, I am really sick right now too and BFing will give your baby immunity from your cold.
Tylenol is a definite, I don't take anything else, but I drink tea all day and Sunny Delite (I swear if you guzzle it, you feel better by the end of the day!) Feel better, I feel like crud, I can't even beleive how much I have to do today to prepare for tomorrow, there is never a good time for a Mommy to be sick!

Thanks to both of you! We are having Thanksgiving here too - just really bad timing to feel like poop. Thanks again for the advice!
