Can you believe this...
My grandmother has been in and out of the hospital basically for the last year.
Turns out we just found out my 19 year old cousin stole my grandmother's credit card and charged 10,000 worth of stuff.
What is wrong with people? I am so mad that my cousin could do that.
My grandmother has taken care of him and his mom (single mom) for the past 19 years and has done nothing but treated him excellent.
I hope they press charges.

OMG! He is an addict or something? That was my first thought.
There is something so wrong with that, on so many different levels. It makes me think that this boy is mentally ill. I'm not trying to be mean. I just don't understand how someone who is mentall healthy can do that.

he is a low-life. he was a trouble maker in high school and was drinking, smoking and doing drugs when he was 15 or 16.
It really just baffles me. She put a roof over his head. If she doesn't press charges can my dad (her son)? I actually think she is still in the hospital. Can she have someone advocate for her?

Not unless your dad is on the CC account, has power of attorney over her finances, or is her lawyer. Even if he is a lawyer, she's the one who needs to file the report. He can certainly help her, but if it's only her card, she's the one who needs to file the report with the CC company and/or the police. The CC company and police will take it from there.

OMG that is INSANE !
HE needs to EARN back that much money to pay her back every penny.
HE needs to be sent to a BOOT CAMP to straighten him up
and sorry, but
HE needs someone to give him a good smack !
