Because I care about you all....
Here are some examples of what we have been watching on television on the British Isles. I think the people making telly these days are INSANE.
Exhibit A. Janice Dickinson eating worms on I'm a celebrity get me out of here
Exhibit B.
Rhydian, a contestant on The X Factor (our version of American Idol) singing the most ridiculous version of a pink song...
Exhibit C.
The entire cast of East Enders singing Sgt Peppers...ridiculous.
Exhibit D.
The Spice Girls doing supermarket commercials..

God Rachel the Eastenders one was funny, I cringed the whole way through that. Did you know that Max is the voice for the little Geico Ghecco (sp) in the commercials over here?

God Rachel the Eastenders one was funny, I cringed the whole way through that. Did you know that Max is the voice for the little Geico Ghecco (sp) in the commercials over here?
Is he the ginger one? I don't watch Eastenders, I am more of a Corrie girl (to be honest, don't watch any soaps) but I didn't know that! I am glad that I do now though!

Yes he is the ginger one, the dad that is who was playing hide the sausage with his son's girlfreind (Stacy Slater) My FIL tapes the omnibus for me every Sunday and mails the tape Monday morning and I usually get it Thursday - it is my little taste of home!! My Parents tape Parkinson for me every week as well so I get some telly from home which is nice! No Corrie though, haven't watched that in years.
