I heard a gallon but not sure how true that is. I drink close to that per day anyway, I always drank a lot of water.

I drink 10 eight ounce glasses a day, plus whatever other drinks I may have throughout the day.
ETA: My dr. suggested between 8-12 a day, so I do around 10.
