Hi...
I'm posting under a different name because of lurkers and such. I took a pregnancy test last night and got a BFP…I took another one this am to confirm and same result. I think I'm still shocked - as we weren't planning on getting pregnant - we left it off as "if it happens it happens". DH & I want to wait until we see the Dr. to confirm it before we tell our friends and family. I called the Dr. this am - and they said I need to wait until I am at least 8 weeks…I can't for the life of me remember when I had my period in October…I am always so good about writing it down & last month I forgot….go figure…lol (they think I may be about 4weeks) Here is my question; I have been feeling cramps for the last 3 days - like I am about to get my period. Saturday night at 230 in the am - I woke up from a dead sleep from them - that’s how strong they were. Right now I'm at my desk - and I am soo uncomfortable. Is this normal - to feel all this cramping?
Thanks again…can't wait to come out officially and get LOTS AND LOTS of advice….

Re: Hi...
Congrats!!! yYs the cramping is normal, I know I had it stronger than I usually did with AF.
Try to remember the 1st day of your last AF, they will ask you a million times, and you should try to remember. If not, maybe go through a calendar and try to remember what you were doing when it occurred, ie "out at dinner on a Thursday night' and try to back track yourself.
A happy and healthy 9 months to you!!

Re: Hi...
Congrats!!
Its very normal to feel cramping early on, your body is going through a lot now so you are going to feel a lot of cramping and pulling pains. Just make sure you call your Dr if you start to bleed. Good luck!!

Re: Hi...
Cramping was my biggest early symptom. It's the reason I never even tested until I was 5 days late- I really thought AF was coming. Congrats!!!

Same for me, except I was 7 days late and I was cramping the entire time.

Re: Hi...
Thanks Ladies I appreciate it...
So I sat here with a calendar trying to remember something so I can figure out when AF came last... I **THINK** I had her the week of Oct 8th... DH & I did the deed that Sat - the 6th...I'm pretty sure I got AF a few days after if not the day after.... the next time we did the deed was the 20th...so I'm not sure which date to use?????
