So- it has started
At Howards on Saturday night- DH and I were talking about my belly, so I was rubbing it, asking him if he wanted to for good luck.
And the waitress appears.
And she says- "Aww- are you due soon?"
 awesome, thanks.
I say "March".
And just to drive the insult home, she gets a shocked look on her face and says- in an equally shocked tone "Wow- Oh my GOD!".
Awesome.

She's an evil bleeping cow and I hope she looks like she's having septuplets when she gets pregnant.
I was getting that last month a lot, I feel your pain. What I dont' understand is why the people who say these things get to walk away from the conversation without feeling any pain. They should.

She went on to say that she has 4 kids- eldest is 20.
She looked great.
I hate her and her stupid face.
Yet, I am sure we will see her again next Saturday.

People are idiots. I hate these unwanted comments. They either think you are too big or too small, and either way it can get you worried or insulted. I can't see why it's so hard to think twice before showing your reaction. All you need to say is "Congratulations" or something like that.
I also love the people who guess what you are having based on the way you carry. Some woman asked me if I was having a girl last week. I told her no, a boy. So she says "Are you sure? You don't look like you are carrying a boy at all to me!" So I said actually, I just had a sonogram today and saw his testicles, so yes, I think so. The fool went on to say these sonograms can be wrong--I just walked away at that point.
Just try to ignore people like this.

We told one of our friends this weekend that I am pregnant. She asked how far along I was and I said 8 weeks. She looked at my stomach and then said "that's all?" Seriously, if she hadn't been the wife of a co-worker, I might have hurt her.

people are wierd.
With me, they keep asking "is this your first" I say yes, than they say "congrats".
What if I said no? What is the point of asking if its first? I don't get congrats if its no???
