Wills
OKay, I did a search but came up with nothing, weird. Do you have a will and if so, when did you decide to do one?
DH and I own our apt. and after talking about it, we decided now is as good a time as any to get one drawn up. But I mentioned it to some friends and they were surprised.

I would strongly suggest against any type of "do it yourself" legal document. Wills can be straightforward but there are still some things that need to be considered that an estate attorney should be able to discuss with you.
Whenever you have assets and would like to be able to say where and whom they go to postmortem, is when you need a will.
In addition, there are other documents that should be drafted at the same time a will is.

Legal Zoom I heard is easy. I found one at Staples a while back. But now that DH and I are married we need to change it.
