I live in Mass. I rented this preg. yoga tape and was just wondering if anyone else has been doing it and if they liked it. By the way... I was just looking at your belly pic's and you look so cute

I am also going to start. I used to yoga before and loved it. I am looking for prenatal yoga DVD's. Any recommendations?

I will be asking for absolute yoga studio in Woodbury. The 8 week prenatal sessions as a xmas gift..

I do the Yoga mama video by Crunch. Its OK. I used to do regular vinyasa before PG and I miss some of the poses from that class. But it certainly feels good to stretch!
I might look into the woodbury classes once things slow down at work. Maybe I'll see some of you there.

I do it once a week and love it! It helps you stretch and relax. We practice breathing that will be helpful for labor. I highly recommend it.
