Who believes in Spirits?

My dad read an article recently that 50% of Americans believe in Spirits and lately we've had some things happen in my family that make me really believe in them.

My mom and uncle had the same dream on the same night of my grandmother, grandfather and great uncle. Then two nights later, my cousin and I both dreamt of my grandmother on my birthday.

Just now, my cousin sent an email to my cousins, sister and I talking about how she had an experience this week where she felt my grandmother with her.

Add to that that I think my DS sees my grandfather b/c he cracks up when he sees pictures of him (my grandfather was a big goofball) and he never met him (DS is only 6 months old, my grandpa died 9.5 years ago) and looks at those pictures like how he looks at pictures of me or DH or our dog.......

What do you think? All coinscidences? Or are there spirits out there?

I do, just because I believe my dad is watching over me, my brother mom and my kids

I believe there are Spirits out there they come and visit you.

Well, I think most people know by now that I totally believe in them, however, I don't think everyone has the ability to see them or feel them or hear them.

I believe. Before my grandmother died, she used to joke with me about what she'd do after she died. I told her...don't appear and scare the crap out of me and she replied don't worry, I'll just move things on you.

After she died, I was sitting in my bedroom reading a book on my bed when all of a sudden the picture frame above me ( a big one) tuned on it's side by itself.

I smiled remembering what my grandma told me...but was still a little freaked out.

I believe in them. To many people tell me things not to, but I've never seen one or have had any experiences. I think I would be afraid. My friend was cleaning our rental so new tenants could move in. The house is old. She saw a little old man at the top of the stair case looking down at her in the same spot 3 times. She said he was wearing an old fashioned cap. I would have left. My sister always has weird things going on at her house. Even her non believer husband has felt a presense at night when he is in my niece's room. My sister never feels afraid, though. Thats why I love Rachel's stories. Every time my sister calls with something happening I call my friend who loves this stuff.

Did anyone ever take a picture and see spots in the background once the picture is developed?

When my son was baptized, there are pictures that we took in the church and, once developed, you can see spots in the pictures. You can't see them when you just look at the digital camera. Little Spirits smiling and saying cheese (JK) but seriously, my MIL went to a psychic once and she was told to go home and look at a certain picture that sits on her mantel, that was taken on her wedding day. The psychic told her that she would see a fuzzy shadow in one corner, proof that her parents, that had passed away years before, were at her wedding. And sure enough....the fuzzy shadow was there. How is a psychic going to know what is in a picture at my MIL's house!!?? Crazy!

ok so.....my Father passed away 5 years ago and like 3 or 4 months after his death my mom was doing dishes when she saw a bright light on a huge fake flower in the kitchen. She got scared.

The next night I have a dream and my father told me in my dream that it wasn't him.


I am telling you I believe in this stuff


And then recently I had a dream that my father said to me " we will see each other soon" I got really scared.

I believe, I had two things happen to me after my mom passed that makes me believe.

ETA: here are mine:

1) My mother used to make me this chicken dish for my birthday every year. My first birthday after her death, I opened a cabinet (one that is opened all the time) and the recipe flew right out....

2) Before my mom passed we were looking for my sis christening outfit so she could use for her DD, but never found it. After my mom passed, my sis asked if i could look around for it again. I started looking and couldnt find, my dad kept telling me to stop looking already, but I felt like there was someone whispering in my ear to keep looking. So I went up to my attic for like the 10th time and at the top of my stairs there it was in a bag... IT WAS NOT THERE BEFORE!!!

3) One night in my neices room (who was 1 at time) this music box started playing music, my sister has never wound that up or played it. Then a few nights later a music water globe in my room started playing on its own too.

Last thing which isnt anything weird but:

4) my DD who is 7wks old, always looks in at this one spot on my living room wall and coohs to it. Shes been looking at the spot for the last few weeks, but once she started coohing now she coohs to it too. DH and I always tell her to tell grandma (my mom) or grandpa (dh dad) that we love and miss them.
