what do you do...
... when you see a friend's or acquaintance's baby for the first time - and the baby is just not cute. actually, more like ugly.
i KNOW that all babies are miracles, i do believe that, but there are some times where i am just like WOW what happened to your baby??
sorry if this is too mean - i will pull it if you all think it is

Well I wouldn't come out and say, wow what an ugly kid ya got--lol
I would still be nice and say aww, he/she is adorable! I think all baby are cute in there own way.

hahahahahah this happend to me 2 months ago... two pretty people had a ugly baby...
luckily its dh's friends -that i do not like at all and we rarely see... (they are the 'im so much better then everyone else type peopel)
so i was very very happy but of course i lied when they showed the picture to everyone
u gotta... but even with a not pretty baby im secretly jealous that they have a baby and i dont yet..

I would say 'oh, you must be SO PROUD!' I would also say he's adorable, simply becuase ALL babies are
to me, all babies look a bit odd, proportion-wise.... doesn't mean the squirmy little guys aren't cute in their own way.... just a matter of perspective
