chair rails.......
i would love to do a chair rail in my dining room..........how difficult is it to do......my father is a handyman is it something thats diy type?

Yes, you can totally DIY. Just get a level or a chalk line to get it straight. Does he do mouldings? You will probably need a miter saw as well.

so easy my dh did it in the hallway of our apt and it came out great it took him maybe 3 hours if that
