Has anyone had a sinus infection?

It stinks. My face and neck hurts and on top of that I also have an ear infection. It is just a very uncomfortable feeling.

I never had one. But make sure you get to the dr for some meds. They can get pretty serious. Feel better

You poor thing.....did that happen overnight? Maybe all that shopping wore you down!

I suffer from chronic sinus infections.

They're not fun - I know exactly what you are going through.

Try putting a hot compress over your eyes and the tops of your cheeks - it helps to loosen things and relieve some of the pressure. Also - Vicks Vapo-rub works wonders. I put it under my nose, on my nose and rub a little on my forehead

I get them like clockwork every year... seriously, within a week of the previous year.

I finally got to the doc yesterday and he put me on the z-pac... only the second day but I think I'll skip the Nyquil tonight.

If you get them regularly I'd get a neti-pot. It's to irrigate and clean your sinuses. It feel funny to do it but it really does cut down on the infections.

yes three weeks ago, but it came with a double ear infection!! feel better and lots of rest!!

If you can expose yourself to hot moist air (like a long shower) it often helps break the junk up and clear the infection.... also hot liquids.... teas, soups....
