To me, a REAL friend wouldn't judge.
ETA: You're friend now seems to be using that other girl and was never her true friend in the first place.

is it possible your friend HAS admitted that she is both "judgemental" and a "hypocrite" and is now looking to amend things with her old friend? i guess that's just the way it seems to me. we all make mistakes, both of character and reason, and it seems like she understands that now, finding herself in a similar situation.
obviously i don't know your friend, but reading your story, i was wondering if that could be the case.

Sounds to me like you are judging a bit too. And yet, even though she is the way she is and you are criticizing it... you still call her your friend. But you would have sent her to hell as you said. Does that make you hypocrite?
I'm not accusing, I'm just trying to understand what is going on here.
I think friends can disagree and cricitize each other's actions. I thinking cheating is wrong. So if a friend of mine cheats on her DH, I can't feel that's wrong because she's my friend so that's judging her? I agree that the extreme is calling her a "hoe" and cutting her out of her life for that though. You have every right to disagree with that.
And it does seem like she may have come around, made mistakes and is admitting to them...
I don't know... I can't really judge and say you are right - she is wrong. But I understand your vent.

I guess I don't see it as my judging her because I've told her how I felt. It would be different if I didn't. But I can see your point..it may come across that way.
The thing is she didn't admit to having said that about her..she just brushed it off and said "she's changed"
Like I said , I don't know why this bothered me but it did...
