Never. I got a massage once and hated it, and I've never had a mani/pedi, but I think I would hate those too.

No, but, I should! I'm thinking of maybe going Saturday for a mani/pedi.
We have a Christening on Sunday (I am the godmother), so, maybe I will go.
I usually do this for special occasions.

yes!
I get a weekly mani
a pedi every 2 weeks- even in the winter
facials every few months
I take advantage of things like spa week and mon- wednesday discounts at my salon- so you don't have to spend a ton to treat yourself

Manicure and pedicure every two weeks...more if they look bad , especially if I have somewhere to go-
Facials - usually every three months or so, I would like to go more often but it is difficult to find the time
Massages- maybe every two months sometimes more, sometimes less- I enjoy going but again, hard to find the time...
I love the "me" time and just relaxing!

Before we were married and I was still living at home, I treated myself to a massage once a month and a mani/pedi once every 2 weeks.
Since we've been married and recently bought a house, my pampering has come to a grinding halt. I gave up my massages and only get mani's maybe once a month. Pedi's are limited to the summer months.
We are going away in December and I will be treating myself to a few spa treatments then. It can't come fast enough!

During the summer I get a mani/pedi every 2-4 weeks. I have had 5 massages in my entire life and 2 of them were during the week of the wedding. I would love to do it more, but can't in good conscience spend the money.

I used to get a mani/pedi every two weeks but for the past couple of years, I havent been going at all. Maybe only 4 times in a year.
I've been saying I'm gonna start going again though. I think I've earned it! lol

I consider mani/pedis and other salon appointments (hair, waxing, etc.) maintenance, not pampering.

yes.... I was getting pretty regular massages and facials... but with my recent job change, I am reeling everything in. I still try to get my nails done, and beg DH to massage me! Although, since quitting my corporate job, I don't nearly have the stress and muscle knots in my back.
