Eyeliner rave!
The best eyeliner I ever used is Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner. It stays on all day and does not run or flake. You have to put it on with a eyeliner brush so it takes a little more time but it's well worth it!

i put on colorstay eyeliner, and no joke, 10 minutes later its beneath my eyes.
where do i get it? sephora? ulta?

sephora and ulta don't carry bobbi brown. i get mine at bloomingdales or nordstroms

i like the Prestige twist eyeliner, but it always ends up under my eyes. i rub my eyes a lot though....

stila also makes a gel eyeliner that rules. I have black and brown. Love it.
