Teaery Eyes
I have a Shih Tzu. His eyes tear everyday. He wakes up and has HUGE goobers in the corners of his eyes. I clean then everyday with a tissue or baby wipe. I usually shampoo under his eyes every week.
Does anyone have any suggestions, if I let them go two days and his hair is long his smells. I don't want to have the smelly dog.

Re: Teaery Eyes
If it's really bad, he might have some allergies. Have you talked to the vet? THey may prescribe some drops to help.

Re: Teaery Eyes
My poodle gets this all the time. Very common in these small breeds. There is this powder, i believe it's called angel eyes, my neighbros downstaris have 2 shih tzus whi had this problem, it was horrible, they got this stuff from thier vet, you put like a teaspoon in thier food and it clears up thier eyes. I am going to get this for my poodle. It is expensive. Like $100.00 but the bottle lasts a VERY long time and i seen that it works. Ask your vet

Re: Teaery Eyes
Thanks, I did try something from my vet but it was not angel eyes. It was something else. I stopped using is because if this stuff was not on his food he would not eat it.
I did not think of the allergy thing...
