Anyone find problems during walk-through?

We're doing the walk-through Friday morning and closing Friday afternoon.

I made a checklist of things to check, turn on, document etc.

I know that repairs for damages or non-functional items would be taken out of that escrow that was setup. But I was just wondering if any of you have actually found a problem and had to negotate that.

If so, what was it, and what was the end result?

We found a small problem. They didn't sheetrock a patch of shelves completely in the garage. It's a fire hazard to the house since it was not fireproofed. We told our realtor and our lawyer and our lawyer negotiated at the table for us. We received money off the oil left in the tank as compensation.
