can someone explain Nip Tuck to me
I have caught a few episodes form different seasons
its always so different.....is it all a dream all the time??
I dont understand it at all

If you do not watch from the very beginning I do not think you will ever get it. It is totally confusing. I would say if you like it rent the old seasons on DVD and catch up. I love Nip Tuck except last season was awful.

No, most episodes are not dreams. I agree that you do have to watch most of the shows to understand what is happening with each character, but if you just watch it once, you will find them funny.
