Where did you buy your-updated
Bed?
DH and I have different likes about this. We couldn't agree on anything.
Sleepys bought everyone.
Anybody go to that mattress place in Massapequa?
I tried to like the Tempurpedic but I felt like I was lying on a slab.

We bought our bed at Raymour & Flannigan's. I have no idea what the name of the mattress is, but it is AWESOME. Pillowtop, and not cheap, but every night for a month after it arrived, we would literally get into bed and make "snow angels" just feeling the comfortableness (I know it's not a word).
So, um, short answer, pillowtops are nice.

I just bought my sons' matresses from Sleepy's and I really didn't care for them all that much - very pushy!
My mother-in-law bought hers from Macy's. They actually had issues with the mattress several months after they purchased it (it started to sag) and Macy's exchanged it without any problem. Then they didn't like the one that they exchanged it for and Macy's replaced it again. So it seems they have great customer service.

we bought a select comfort bed ("the sleep number bed") from the Select Comfort store in the mall.
I love our bed. Its heavenly...like sleeping on a cloud!

Well, we went to Sleepworks in Massapequa. I am very happy with our purchase. The salesperson was phenominal. We spent a lot of time there looking for both Fred and ourselves and got both beds.
I highly recommend it.

I hated the temperpedic! We bought a sealys (sp?) from Rockaway Bedding...I think that many on the island closed up though

We ended up with a latex bed that is dreamy.

Go to Bobs. We just bought a pillow top king size mattress there and the prices were great compared to everywhere else. They have there own 10 year warrenty.
