UPDATE-Estridiol is over 100!!!
I'm SO excited. I had a rough day at the hospital but the outcome is a positive one w/ my FIL. I'll post about that after I get home tonight as I'm still w/ my MIL.
I had a vmail when I left the hospital that my estridiol is 106. This is my first blood test since taking the pills. They think I should be ovulating b/t now and Fri and I have to go for bloodwork and a sonogram on Fri, if not a post coital test. I'm SUPER SUPER excited--- this is my first possibility at a 2ww!!!! Please keep your fingers crossed for me. I'll write more once I listen to the message again if there's anything to add.

so once again i typed this whole post and it got deleted! 
i listened to the vmail again and my estridiol level was 109. she also said that i should already be testing w/ the ovulation tests (even they always tell me not to until they tell me to!!!) so i tested tonight and it cam up negative. dh comes home tomorrow!!!

i spoke to my dr. tonight (I called b/c i was upset that i could've missed ovulating from lack of testing) and he said there's no way I missed it and that i shouldn't start testing yet (which is opposite from what his business partners nurse told me). He said to come in on friday for bloodwork and sonogram and they'll look to see if there are any follicles starting to get bigger and if so then i should start testing. so i feel a lot better now.

I agree with what that doctor said - there is no way you O'd that quickly. Your E2 was 100 which is good and it should keep going up. Your level should be about 200 per mature follicle. Tomorrow you should be able to see how many follies it looks like the Clomid has helped you produce, and hopefully your estrogen level will be nice and high. You'll still have to wait a few days for the surge so I think starting the OPKs Friday is great.

I'm glad it's going up! Like Carolyn said, 200 per mature follicle. Once you see how many follies you have, then you'll know how high the Estridol should be!
