Are you into belts?
i'm not at all. i have only the necessities (one for suits, one for everyday, j crew ribbon belt in the summer, etc.) and i rarely wear them
i see belts all the time in department stores and on high-end sites for hundreds of dollars.. who buys them?
would you spend $200 on a belt? are there people out there who love belts the way i love handbags?
enlighten me!

I never wear a belt unless I have to -usually with dress pants if I am tucking a button-down in. I know it sounds weird, but I don't really like the way a belt "feels" around my waist. I also feel like it looks weird when I wear certain shirts. I don't know - I am strange

I love belts, especially wide belts that you can wear around sweaters/white shirts. They can make a plain outfit look very stylish. I haven't spent $200 on a belt but I have spent $100. A great belt can make an outfit.

I hate belts too. I never tuck shirts in, so I don't need it for that. I have a ribbon belt that I will wear if my pants are falling down.
I hate how it looks under shirts, and they are just uncomfortable.

belts have a purpose, but I am not a huge fan of them. and I don't wear them as an accessory. I wear them only with jeans if they're a little big on me at the waist.

ITA as well...... I have spent upwards of $150 on a belt, never over $200 though.

example
dark denim jeans and black turtleneck
can look so different with a red belt, or widde tan belt, or a metallic belt....
it gives you so much variety
