DH is clueless and I'm tired of listening to it...
He doesn't get that we have to put some money into the house to update it in order for us to get financially what we need for the house. He doesn't see why we have to.... the people before us didn't? Ok, but did they owe more than the house was worth? NO!!! I'm tired of arguing with him about this. He hasn't come up with any other solution to our financial issues so leave me alone!!! He never has any input but is quick to judge!
