how long did you cramp for?
AF was due 6 days ago and i found out i'm pregnant 4 days ago. i've been very crampy the last 5 days. how long should i expect this to go on for? and when i had the heat on in the car last night, it got worse

Every pregnancy is different but for me it was crampy throughout the first trimester, not so much the second trimester.
Your uterus is expanding to make room so it has a long way to go.

I'm about the same as you in my pregnancy, and I have been crampy almost every day. My midwife said its absolutely normal.

I had cramps on and off for most of the first trimester from what I can remember. It was weird because I noticed them whenever my period would have been due.

I was crampy through out the entire 1st trimester. At almost 28 weeks I still get crampy sometimes.

I am nearing the end of the first trimester. The cramping has started to ease off, but it still there. I was especially crampy from weeks 4-8.

I remember being crampy for most of my first trimester. I think it let up around 11 weeks.
