Cramping Question
Last night I had a really sharp AF cramp which lasted about 5 seconds and it hasn't happened since.
Could that be my uterus expanding? If it was my uterus expanding wasn't sure if the cramping would be sharp cramping.

Re: Cramping Question
Oh thank goodness, I got so nervous last night. DH asked me what was wrong, I told I him I wasn't sure. I went to the bathroom and thank God there was nothing, it never happened again so I guess I'm okay.
Just wanted to make sure, thanks!

Re: Cramping Question
I get those every once in a while. It seems to be mostly at night, once I get into bed. I just try to relax and breathe, and sip water. They go away after a few minutes.

Re: Cramping Question
One quick cramp is nothing to worry about!
I've had a MC before. You wouldn't get one bad cramp and then feel good. Once those cramps start, they don't stop.
I've been having menstrual type cramps since Wednesday and was freaking out and called my OB. They say its fine as long as they're not accompanied by blood. They're easing up a bit now but enough to totally put me at ease.
