Feeling So Down Today
As you all know my family is going thorugh some very diffcult times. We're going through a lot with my brother to be exact. I feel so emotionally & mentally exhausted. I know there are many of us out there dealing w/ hardships...but when does it get better? I don't see a light at the end of the tunnel. There are days that my faith keeps me going...but days like this just bring me back to zero. Just needed to get that out...

I am so sorry. I know how bad it feels all i can say is to surround yourself with things that make you smile ...for me it was driving to north shore animal league and play with puppies.

OMG I used to do this as well (when we lived in Queens). I went there for a month and a half and finally adopted my Meri from them as my therapy!!!

Sorry to hear about the troubles with your brother. I sadly know that pain too well. I can't say that our troubles have ever ended. But I hope the trouble times are over for your family soon.

Ive been though a rough year myself, and although it seemed as if there was no light at the end of the tunnel for me, it DID get better. I dont know what your situation is, but for me, seeing a family member go through so much pain, I felt so guilty knowing that there was absolutely NOTHING I could do to help them. For me, feeling helpless is one of the WORST things I ever had to deal with. The only advice I could give you is to TRY to stay positive ( i know that may seem impossible). Things will get better with time.
