Nicole Richie: Loves to Dis Joel Madden's Ex
A source tells Us Weekly that Nicole Richie, 26, teases Joel Madden, 28, about his two-and-a-half-year relationship with singer-actress Hilary Duff, 20.
"She will ask if he's going to watch Lizzie McGuire DVDs or listen to Hilary's albums," says the source. "Joel tells her she's being out of line."

Nope, never.
It's one thing to make a few jokes here and there, but if she does it constantly like the article says, then that's insecurity.
A friends gf ALWAYS makes fun of his ex, who I happened to like and the breakup was tough for both of them. ANd I know for a fact she has insecurity and jealousy issues.

I think it's funny & would probably do the same thing- not out of insecurlty, but just to tease my DH& nothing more 
It doesnt say she does it "constantly", she's just prob being sarcastic...because its so easy in her case to make fun of the "ex-girlfriend"!
