someone diagnose me.....I have questions
ok...,mind u===I NEVER EVER SIT...
I run 24-7 with the twins and the other kids, carpool and am having a huge gtg that need tending to so this adds to the problem.
My ankles are swollen---now---its not just swollen but like I just gave birth sortof...
and not all over...its real bad by by ankle bone---that knob bone disappeared completely---real bad***both feet***
it looks gross===swollen for about 2-3 weeks.
blood pressure normal-
and I keep getting bad headaches...
anyone?

I would love to be a doctor but because both are swollen, I wouldn't even venture a guess lest you put off calling a doctor.
I know it's a sign of congestive heart failure but it's 2-3 weeks of it. CALL.

You really need to go to the Dr....I have no idea what that is but headaches and swelling should really be attended to.

could it be lyme? Have you noticed any rashes, low grade fever, body aches?
Put ypur feet up one night and see what your ankles look like the enxt morning, if you are on your feet 24/7 the fluid may be pooling in your ankles, if that does away after you elevate your feet for an extended amount of time I would ask for a complete CBC, thyroid panel and let them check your sugars Drink lots of water today

I had that and went to the doctor. And I hope you hear the same answer as I did.
I have some kind of real hyper sensitivity to sodium. I was eating a small bag of pretzels every day, and my ankles looked bone-less. I would press the skin in and the indentation would stay there.
I still get it, when I eat Lean Cuisine type frozen lunches. Have you ever looked at those cartons? The lasagne I ate yesterday had 700mg of sodium!!!
Go do the doctor anyway. But become a label reader in the meantime. You would be really surprised how much sodium you ingest on a daily basis, especially if you're on the go and eat a lot of quick meals or fast food.
I hope it's that simple.
