YUCK whiteheads

How do you exfoliate? I have a chronic case of clogged pores (small whiteheads) on my chin and I don't know how to get rid of them other than squeezing them daily which hurts, makes me all red, and causes scars. I currently use a cleanser from a health food store and a washcloth.

I sware my skin was better in JHS and HS when I washed my face with water in the shower and that was it! I don't think I could do that now but I am tempted to try anything, even no washing.

I did pro active, cetaphil, you name it. Any ideas on exfoliating?

Try St. Ives Apricot scrub. Use this everyday for a week, and you will start to notice clearer skin. I have been using this product for years, and I swear it WORKS!

i don't exfoliate or use any scubs... i found that made my skin even worse. the ONLY thing i can use on my face is mary kay deep cleanser, for oily skin. that is the only thing i will wash my face with. and i used to use mary kay's blemish toner every night before bed as well.
