Really proud of my company
I work for a retailer and we have quite a few stores in CA that are affected by the fires. We just received an e-mail from the CEO telling us how many stores are closed...and...that all of our employees are safe and accounted for.  Although some do not know the status of their homes  In the meanwhile, the stores that are open have been making deliveries to the stadium and Mira Mesa High School. It's nice to finally work for a company that I can be proud of.
Praying for everyone in CA.

We have a few facilities in CA that were closed because of the fires as well. Unfortunately, several (don't know the exact numbers yet) coworkers have lost their homes.... The CEO sent a memo out, and once they figure out who is affected, and what they we can do, there will be action taken to help out as much as possible.

It's so nice to hear things like this, kudos to your company!!
I'm sorry for those who lost their homes but at least they're still alive.
